Due to the nature of our products, do not leave your children unattended with any pens or keychains as they pose a choking hazard. Our products are designed for adults only. Buyer assumes all responsibility once item is shipped.

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges:

Orders can be cancelled within one hour of purchasing. After one hour, all sales are final. All fees associated with canceling are the buyers responsibility. You will be refunded the remaining amount. 

All custom orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges. 

For all returns or exchanges, you must notify us within 5 days of your delivery date. (What is listed on your tracking.) Items must be shipped back within 10 days in original condition. Buyers are fully responsible for all shipping costs and fees associated with returning/exchanging.
